Returns & refunds
14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Sealed products: no questions asked. Damaged or quality issues: full refund regardless of seal. Free reverse pickup; refunds within 5–7 working days.

UPI, cards, net banking, wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (₹30 fee) in eligible PIN codes — confirm via the SMS link within 12 hours or the order auto-cancels.
